    We administer to each leader a selection of proven managerial tests followed by an in-depth interview.


    We use our expertise to integrate all the data gathered to formulate a report that describes in detail the leader’s strengths and developmental opportunities in eight competencies (Leadership, Organizing and Planning, Motivation and Endurance, Thinking, Adaptability, Communications, and Interpersonal Skills).


    In addition, the report describes the leader’s overall basic personality structure and most important core values.
